I was at a conference the other day and something didn't look right about my face. I thought it was swelling. I asked a colleague if my face looked swollen and she said "Hun, those are your cheekbones, you have them on both sides."
Why does weight show first on the face?
I've also been strength training my upper body because the little bit of weight I have lost is starting to make my upper arms wobble. I did some research and strength training prevents loose skin with weight loss.
I can't believe my new milestone goal is 225!
I'm going shopping today, I need jeans. Mine literally fall off now. I couldn't wear jeans yesterday for our Jeans and Greens day because they are all too big!
